Violations included chicken wings stored on top of burger patties, bottle waters were stored in an ice bin, employees need to wash their hands, employees need to wear gloves, all food needs to be labeled, employees need to wearing beard guards, wet rags were not stored properly and a mixing bowl was used as scoop for flour.
