Tai Pai Café located at 711 Carancahua scored a 100.
Hester’s Café located at 1714 Alameda scored a 100.
Earning a spot on the A-list with a 98 is Santa Rosa located at 2722 Staples.
Whataburger located at 6425 Weber scored a 96.
Dropping B-list with an 89 is K-Bob’s Steakhouse located at 14526 Northwest Boulevard.
Violations included a cutting board needing to be replaced, no licensed food manager on duty, no thermometer, a brilo pads in the hand washing sink, employees not wearing beard guards and a utensil with handle needs to be use to portion beans.
