Violations included products on the floor, the handle to walk in cooler was broken, a dirty fountain drink area, no thermometers, employees were not washing their hands, employee drinks were on the preps tables, employees were not wearing hair restraints and the back door doesn’t close properly.

Taqueria Jalisco #18 located at 5358 Kostoryz scored an 88.

The restaurant lost points because corroded shelves in refrigeration units needed to be replaced, toxic items were near single serve items, the hand sinks were blocked, food residue buildup was on cooler shelves, a ladder was stored above the refrigeration unit, holes in ceiling and corrosion on metal fixtures.
