The Mess Deck located at 2914 Shoreline scored a 100.
Whataburger located at 1121 Waldron scored a 100.
Earning a spot on the A-list with a 99 is Sang’s Imperial Café located at 4650 Corona Drive.
Bravo Café located at 374 NAS Drive scored a 98.
Whataburger located at 14301 South Padre Island Drive scored a 97.
Taqueria Almeida #3 located at 622 NAS Drive scored a 96.
Little Caesars located at 1220 Airline scored a 92.
Papa John’s Pizza located at 10338 South Padre Island Drive scored a 91.
Dropping down to the B-list with an 89 is La Isla Mexicana Restaurant located at 14237 South Padre Island Drive.
Violations included raw chicken or hamburgers patties stored above sauces or cooked food, a dirty can opener, employees not wearing beard guards, wiping towels were not stored properly, food was not covered, bowls were used to dispense potatoes or meat and food containers were not labeled.
