Land and Sea Restaurant located at 9301 Leopard scored a 100.

Beachside Market located at 502 Burleson scored a 100.

Denny’s located at 5165 IH 37 scored a 100.

Papa Murphy’s Pizza located at 4020 Weber scored a 100.

Whataburger located at 4444 East Causeway scored a 100.

Earning a spot on the A-list with a 99 is the Subway located at 4126 Ayers.

Oil Patch located at 102 North Highway 77 scored a 99.

Burger King located at 309 IH 37 scored a 99.

Pizza Hut located at 6537 Staples scored a 98.

Church’s Fried Chicken located at 3502 Leopard scored a 98.

Bill Miller Bar-B-Que located at 4940 Leopard scored a 97.

Donut World located at 2317 Ayers scored a 97.

Whataburger located at 2018 Staples scored a 96.

The Railroad Seafood Station located at 1214 Chaparral Street scored a 96.

Dropping down to the B-list with 89 is The Phoenix Restaurant & Bar located at 3500 Island Moorings Parkway.

Violations included the dish washing machine not working properly, rat poison in the building, no thermometers, food on the floor, scoop handles were not stored properly and bulk containers were not labeled.

Fins Grill and Icehouse located at 420 West Cotter scored an 87.

Health inspectors found beef cutlets stored above pickles and jalapenos, the dish washing machine not working properly, pot and pan detergent stored near food being thawed, flies, wiping towels were not stored properly, chicken was being thawed in standing water and bulk containers were not labeled.
