Violations included products inside walk-in cooler kept at the wrong temperature, a dirty ice machine, left over food not labeled, roaches, employee drinking cups needed lids, iced tea containers needed to be covered, scoops were not stored properly, ceiling tiles need to be replaced and the trash can in the women’s restroom needs a lid.
