Detectives are once again turning to the public for help to solve a murder.
It’s the Crime of the Week.
It’s been 18 years since Adrian Rios was fatally shot.
It happened while he was driving a truck along South Padre Island Drive between Ayers and Kostoryz back on July 4, 2000.
Police say rios’ truck ran off the highway and crashed on the access road.
Rios was just 15-years old when he was killed.
Investigators still haven’t made any arrests in the case.
