UPDATE 6:00 p.m.:
City officials announced on social media that they became aware of "technical issues" regarding online registration for the vaccine clinic at the American Bank Center.
There were 250 slots available for pre-registration, but more than 250 people were able to register for the available slots. The city said the software company has resolved the issue.
If you were one of the first 250 to register for the vaccine, you will be able to check-in at 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning to receive your vaccine at 8:00 a.m. If you registered after the 250 slots were full, you will receive a ReverseAlert text message explaining to you that you will not be eligible to attend Tuesday's clinic.
UPDATE 2:40 p.m.:
The city announced that registration for Tuesday's COVID-19 vaccine clinic at the American Bank Center is full. They said it took about 20-minutes for the 250 online-only reservations to fill up, and about an hour and a half for the 250 reservations using the new call center hotline to fill up.

Registration for an appointment-only COVID-19 vaccination event Tuesday at the American Bank Center will begin at 1 p.m. today.
The event will begin at 8 a.m. Tuesday and will be by appointment only.
"We know those slots will go very quickly, but all we have are vaccines for 500 people," Corpus Christi city manager Peter Zanoni said. "We ask those 500 people to get registered and get there at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday."
Because of the appointment-only plans, Zanoni said there is no need for anybody seeking the vaccines to camp out for extended periods to have their place in line.
Registrants are asked to call 1-888-728-0018 beginning at 1 p.m. today. A total of 250 of the 500 registrations have been reserved for those who call the telephone line.
The other half of the vaccines available will be scheduled through the city's online portal at www.cctexas.com/coronavirus.
Mayor Paulette Guajardo said Monday she anticipates the phone line - targeted for elderly in the city's "Save Our Seniors" program - to be fully operational on Feb. 8 or Feb. 15. It then will be open weekly until the COVID vaccination supplies are depleted for that week, she said.
