The body found yesterday near the Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve has been identified as missing 18-year-old TAMUCC student Brandon Rios.
Teri Rios, Brandon’s mother, says that around 11 a.m. Friday, Medical Examiners positively identified the body as her son. The death has been ruled a suicide, according to Teri Rios.
Rios thanks the community and all agencies involved for their dedication in the search for Brandon.
