Jacques Bloxham, who is a personal injury attorney, was arrested Sunday after he allegedly tried to look up a juvenile female’s dress with a camera attached to his shoe.
According to the Walnut Creek Police Department (near San Francisco) the 66 year old lawyer fled the store after he was confronted by the girl’s father.
Officers found Bloxman and say they found various cameras and recording devices in the suspect’s car in addition to the one attached to his shoe.
