Two JetBlue crew members are suing the airline and two male pilots for allegedly drugging and raping them during a layover in Puerto Rico.

Earlier this week, Jane Doe #1 from Utah and Jane Doe #2 from Fort Worth, TX filed the lawsuit in New York. The women are seeking at least $75,000 in damages in relation to the alleged May 2018 attack.

The lawsuit claims the pilots met the two woman along with one other on the beach and offered them beers from a lunch bag. The women consumed the beverages, unaware they were allegedly laced with drugs.

The lawsuit states, “the rest of the night became a blur,” and the flight back to the states left them “groggy and numb.”
