Since rain is the biggest concern for all of us in the Coastal Bend, let’s start with the latest on our story about roofing problems.
Adele Hernandez told us about her issues with Phil Perez and Absolute Construction.
She hired them to repair her roof.
But video of her roof and the ceiling in a closet clearly shows the job is not finished.
We called Phil perez, but he has not returned our calls.
This is a copy of a text Hernandez says Perez sent her.
It reads in part…’ok I’m done with you getting lots of people involved on this job’. And then at the end…’my job is commplited with you.’
Hernandez tells us she still wants Perez to refund her money, and will take legal action against him.
