A Corpus Christi house flipper and his family will appear on HGTV, Sunday, August 26.
Former radio host Gino Montalvo and his cousin Amanda Montalvo are the hosts of their very own show, “Shoring the House”.
The show will feature their family as they renovate what Montalvo calls the “Ugly Duckling” of the neighborhood into a beautiful home.
Aside from their project, their goal was to show the country life in Corpus Christi.
“It’s really going to be a source of pride for Corpus Christi, we show the city in a beautiful light,” says Amanda Montalvo.
From the different homes to all the attractions, they are putting Corpus Christi on the map, hoping to draw tourism and encourage people to move here.
This is just one episode. Depending on the success of the show, ratings, it could become a season.
