After two weeks of recovering in a hospital, a woman from Ingleside is put behind bars for allegedly stabbing her young son.
Ingleside police booked Ursula Richardson, 33,for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon causing serious deadly injury to a family member which is a first-degree felony. On June 21, 2018, police believe she crashed with another vehicle on the 2300 block of Highway 361 after stabbing her 6-year-old son. Police found the boy on the 1900 block of Highway 361. She was hospitalized for her injuries. Her son was stabilized at Northwest Hospital then taken to Driscoll Children’s Hospital where he was last reported to be in stable but serious condition.

Richardson is in the San Patricio County jail with a recommended $500,000 bond.
