Hornsby’s Seafood & Mo located at 2202 Agnes scored a 100.
The Vine Juice Company located at 5702 Staples scored a 100.
Earning a spot on the A-list with a 99 is the Donut Palace located at 14457 South Padre Island Drive.
Subway located at 4126 Ayers scored a 99.
McDonald’s located at 11202 Leopard scored a 98.
Happy Buddha located at 3602 Leopard scored a 98.
Burger King located at 5288 Old Brownsville Road scored a 98.
Subway located at 1250 Flour Bluff Drive scored a 98.
Urban Bricks Pizza Co. located at 4902 Staples scored a 97.
Taqueria Y Restaurant La Perla De Jalisco located at 1332 Staples scored a 97.

Dropping down to the B-list with an 88 is Jack In The Box located at 6505 Everhart.
Violations included expired bread, items in the cooler needed to be covered, box of oil on the floor, items in the walk cooler were not labeled,
employee drinks were not stored properly, employees were not wearing beard guards, broken plastic containers, moldy shelf in the cooler, spoiled vegetables, a dirty in line cooler and dirty floor drains.
Bill Miller Bar-B-Que located 7102 South Padre Island Drive scored an 85.
Health inspectors found carne guisada, butter, chopped BBQ and brisket kept at the wrong temperature and bleach containers near clean pans and the lemon slicer.
Other violations included left over food not labeled, wiping towels were not stored properly, food was not covered, all pans needed to be air dry and food containers needed to be labeled.
Royal India Of Corpus Christi located at 4455 South Padre Island Drive scored an 82.
The restaurant lost points because cooling units were kept at the wrong temperature, holes in ceiling needed to be repaired and corroded shelves needed to be removed.
There was no food manager cards, no food handlers cards, all hazardous foods needed to be kept hot or cold, there were no towels at hand sink and ceiling debris needed to be removed.
Wendy’s Old Fashion Hamburgers located at 4123 Staples scored an 80.
Violations included coolers kept at the wrong temperature, moldy shelves, raw wood on food prep areas needed to be replaced, toxic items were near food prep areas, no food manager on duty, no food handler cards, corrosion and peeling paint on all hood exhausts needed to be replaced, gnats, bad odor, dirty ceiling vents and dirty light shields.
