The hunt is on for the man caught on camera breaking into machines at area laundry mats.
It’s the Crime of the Week.
The most recent burglary happened on June 19, 2018, at a laundry mat located in the 14800 block of South Padre Island Drive.
Surveillance video shows the man trying to pry open several coin slots.
He was able to pick two locks on one of the machines.
The suspect got away with around $100 worth of merchandise.
Detectives believe the suspect may be responsible for other coin operated machine burglaries
