A Mexican national is facing charges after Texas authorities say she stole someone’s identity and used it to vote.
A Montgomery County Grand Jury indicted Laura Janeth Garza with voter impersonation and ineligible voting.
According to the Texas Attorney General’s Office, Garza obtained documents to steal the identity of a u-s citizen.
They say she illegally registered to vote in Harris County and actually voted in three elections.
