C.C.I.S.D. has placed one of its executives on paid administrative leave. Brigitte Clark is the Chief Administrative Officer for the school district.
Leanne Winkler Libby who is the Communications Director, Leanne Winkler Libby for C.C.I.S.D. released a statement today confirming that Clark in fact was on paid leave. Libby said she could not share anymore about personnel matters only that Clark has been employed by the school district since August 2016.
According to a press release in 2016, Clark began her career in 2004 after completing a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston. She has over 12 years of financial experience including 10 of those working for school districts and as a Certified Public Accountant. Before working for C.C.I.S.D., she worked for Goose Creek I.S.D.
As the Chief Administrative Officer, she oversees district support services and operations.
