Several police officers have responded to a southside charter school after a threatening note was found.
Corpus Christi Police Department’s Public Information Officer Lt. John Hooper says the Corpus Christi College Preparatory School at 3501 South Padre Island Drive is on lockdown.
Meanwhile, officers are investigating the threat. KRIS 6 News contacted the school.
A school secretary said the students are safe and said someone would call us back later with information.
