Fair for first time home buyers this Saturday

Thinking of buying your first home but not sure what all the terms mean and where to even start?  Want to know if there’s financial assistance available?  Get all of your questions answered this weekend.

The 3rd Annual "Dare to Own the Dream, Beat the Odds" Homeownership Fair is this Saturday, April 14th.  It’s hosted by the HUD Approved Housing Counseling Department of Catholic Charities of Corpus Christi and it’s free to enter.

Get a unique opportunity to talk with mortgage lenders, realtors, insurance, title and appraisal companies, the city of Corpus Christi Housing and Community Development Down Payment & Closing Cost program.  Learn about the financial assistance programs for low income first time buyers. 

The Fair will take place this Saturday, April 14th at Catholic Charities (615 Oliver Ct.) from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

There will be door prizes awarded throughout the day, including flat screen televisions, microwave ovens and other home items.
