An adversary hearing will be held for three children suspected of living in a box truck with their mother.

Lisa Long is facing charges of child endangerment after police discovered children and adults inside of a moving truck rental.

According to police, the truck pulled into a convenience store located at Gollihar Road and Prescott Street around 6:45 p.m. Monday night.

Police said when they opened up the back of the box truck, they discovered two children and two adults in the back. Also, a child and two adults were in the cab of the truck.

Investigators said the children’s ages were two nine-year-olds and a six-year-old.

Officers said they had received reports from C.C.I.S.D. police that they were alerted to kids and adults were seen in the back of the moving truck while driving down the road.

Police did not know if the family was living in the truck but they are still investigating.

Child Protective Services has since stepped in, and will hold a hearing at County Court in Law 5 later today.

The Adversary Hearing is the first hearing for children after they have been taken into possession by CPS.
