Here’s how the Wheel Of Shame works: we spin the wheel and it lands on a fugitive’s mugshot.
The reward amount for that person is raised to $500 for the month.
The people featured on the wheel of shame are accused of committing felony crimes.
This week the Wheel landed on Francisco Gutierrez.
Gutierrez is wanted on a motion to revoke probation for assault causing bodily injury family violence and a motion to revoke probation for theft of property.
He was born on November 1,1979, he’s 5’09”, 149 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes.
