For juvenile offenders trying to leave their past behind, tattoos can often be a physical barrier to rehabilitation.
Meanwhile, human trafficking victims can face a similar problem when trying to remove tattoos left by their abusers, which pose a constant physical reminder of their ordeals.
That's where Nueces County Juvenile Justice Volunteers step in, in a big way, to help. They've bought some tattoo removal equipment that's usually hard to come by, and they're ready to use it to help youth in need; with a little help from you.
