This week, we're headed out to The Post for our next installment of Lunch Local. And while we enjoy the tasty local favorites The Post has to offer, Joslyn Doiron sat down with Lisa De La Garza to talk about a program that's helping our community find financial stability.
De La Garza is the VP of Branch Teller Operations for Coastal Community and Teachers Credit Union, a company you may recognize as the reason why we're able to highlight local restaurants like The Post on Lunch Local. But CCTCU is not just in it to help us find great locally made eats, they're also working on a program called Financial Connection, which aims to help members of our community just like you find and maintain financial stability.
Learn more about how getting financially stable and savvy can change your world by avoiding predatory lending, kicking high-interest debt to the curb, raising your credit score and more...in our video above. Plus, you'll also get a close-up look at some of The Post's delicious offerings, of course!
