The Corpus Christi Parks & Recreation Department is excited to offer its first ever Pickleball program for men and women ages 18 and up.
The program will be held indoors Mondays through Thursdays, May 20 – August 2, 2019, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Ben Garza Gym, 1815 Howard Street.
Pickleball is a fun sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. The game is played using paddles volleying a plastic ball with holes, like a wiffle ball but slightly smaller, on a badminton-sized court with a modified tennis net. Games can be set up for singles or doubles.
Cost is $25 per month per person or a $3 drop-in fee. Register online today at http://register.ccparkandrec.com.
