The Corpus Christi Parks & Recreation Department is inviting the public to share their ideas for the Parks Master Plan update.

There are multiple public meetings in July in which you can do so, the first being Monday, July 16th,

That meeting is taking place form 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Water Department Conference Room, located at 2726 Holly Road.

The city will discuss and gather feedback from residents in preparation to update the Parks Master Plan. This plan will serve to guide future park and recreation improvements and operations.

These community meetings will allow residents to share their ideas and feelings about their parks, trails, recreation facilities and programs.

All residents and stakeholders are invited to attend any of these public meetings.

If you can’t make it the the first meeting, another will follow on Wednesday, July 18th, at the Northwest Senior Center.

That will take place from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. as well, at 9725 Up River Road.

Finally, a third meeting will be held on Thursday, July 26th, at the Lindale Senior Center.

Again, the meeting will run from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

The Lindale Senior Center is located at 3135 Swantner Drive.
