AEP Texas is reporting a power outage in the Calallen area affecting 1,200 customers.
CALALLEN - Crews are responding to an outage affecting 1,200 customers. Weather is believed to be the cause. We estimate a restoration time of midnight, but that could change. Thank you for your patience as we work to restore power in northwest Corpus Christi. #WeAreAEPTexas

In a Twitter post on Friday night, the energy company said it believes weather to to have caused the outage.
Power is estimated to be be restored at around midnight, but the post also said that estimation could change.
